We’re operating bag and search policies. Please do not bring bags to events if possible. If you need to bring a bag, no rucksacks or bags larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm will be permitted. Lockers will not be available for use. All customers will be subject to a search outside the venue via wand before entering.

Maximum of 8 tickets per person/transaction.

Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over.

BSL Interpreter
There will be a BSL interpreter at this event. You can book tickets by contacting the Box Office. Please note, if you require the interpreter service, please request this when booking tickets and allow at least 4 weeks’ notice prior to the event.

Your pre show hospitality package includes:

  • Your event ticket (Block 13 or Floor seating)

  • Access to The Green Room during the interval and for one hour post show

  • Price includes a hospitality administration fee, Please note there will be an additional £2.50 transaction fee per order.

Floor seating - £120 per person

Enjoy the opportunity to dine in our Spotlight Restaurant before making your way to your personally selected seats in a prime location of the main arena bowl.

Your hospitality package includes:

  • Your event ticket
  • Welcome drink on arrival to Spotlight Restaurant
  • Enjoy a two course meal served on your own reserved table within the Spotlight Bar & Restaurant
  • Waiting service whilst within the Spotlight Bar & Restaurant
  • Dedicated hospitality entrance
  • Price includes a hospitality administration fee, Please note there will be an additional £2.50 transaction fee per order.

Drinks upgrade - £15 per person

The Green Room is the perfect place to enjoy pre-show drinks!

Your upgrade includes:

  • Dedicated hospitality entrance
  • Access to the Green Room from 6pm
  • Welcome drink on arrival
  • Exclusive access to the Green Room until one hour after the end of the event
  • *Tickets are not included within this upgrade, general admission tickets must be purchased seperately.
